The UVB-2 modifying unit is designed to produce bitumen modified with polymers, including polymer-bitumen binders (PBB), which are used for the preparation of asphalt concrete of the upper layer, devices of protective layers of cement concrete coatings, surface treatment of road surfaces, devices of crack-breaking membrane-type interlayers, preparation of bitumen elastomer sealing mastics and roofing materials.

The UVB-2L bitumen modification laboratory unit is designed for the preparation of small samples (no more than 10 liters per batch) of modified bitumen. The system uses a continuous process of mixing bitumen with further dispersion of bitumen and polymer in the mill. The design of the installation allows you to add other liquid components in the process of bitumen modification.

The SBM-15, SBM-30 modified bitumen collection tank is designed to store modified bitumen produced at the UVB-2 installation. It can be supplied as a separate product and installed on existing modified bitumen production equipment.
