The UVD-4 installation refills transformer oil of high-voltage oil-filled hermetic inlets during installation, repair and operation of power transformers and switches used at power plants, substations and other energy enterprises.

The UDM-1 oil refilling unit is designed for pumping, storing, transporting and refilling transformer oil. Topping up the oil is carried out using a manual pump or an electric pump that are part of the installation. 

The BV vacuum unit is designed for vacuuming transformer tanks. The device can be used for installation, maintenance and operation of oil-filled equipment (power transformers, high-voltage switches, etc.) with a voltage of up to 1150 kV. The BV block is also used for vacuuming and drying the transformer. The product is used by enterprises that are engaged in the installation, repair and maintenance of transformers and other oil-filled equipment.

The TSS transformer protection system, designed for the treatment of insulating oil, is connected to the transformer through the upper and lower gateways. Each gateway is equipped with an automated valve. In case of any emergency, the valves disconnect the power transformer from the installation. The system also includes an oil level sensor in the transformer tank. If the values entered by the operator are exceeded or lowered, a command is given to turn off the transformer and the oil treatment unit.

The PPM oil heating unit is designed for heating transformer oil when refilling, replacing or drying transformers. The unit is suitable for heating mineral, industrial, turbine and other oils. The installation can be used at enterprises engaged in the repair and maintenance of transformer installations, at power plants and oil farms.
